Why would you ask a Washington County kid that got in major trouble at school and then did not have the grades to finish the season, to participate in a event that is a reward for your preformance for the year? Ability on the mat and in the classroom (which in the big picture is the most important) and at school needs, no must be used. Otherwise it shows that ethically the event and the purpose of the event has been cheapened and tarnished. Just my humble opinion. There is a right way and a wrong way of doing things and in this case, the message being sent is the wrong message. the message should have been: Do things the right way and you earn your reward. Instead it seems that the message is don't let anything get in the way of winning and this is at a honorable event. So Sad.
you sound a little sour "Auburntgrfan"? Imo Rohr is a good wrestler and even a better kid.
you need to quit dwelling on the past what ever he did in school im sure he paid for it. The event is over, now your jus trying the start stuff or put the kid down.
