Bucs hold on as they win game 2. Garrett Jones goes 3-4 and Dontel gets his second save. Not sold on Dontel being the closer, he is 36 years old and already has a 4.50 era even though he is 2 for 2 in save attempts. Bucs stole 2 bases in the game and are 10 for 10 on the year.

Game 3 tonight and looking for the series win.

The runs and the rum barrel dried up for the Buccos in game 3. Morton gives up 3 home runs as he takes the loss. A 2-4 road trip, not good.

The Redlegs invade PNC Park for a 3 game series starting friday. Lets hope the Bucs have the ship righted for the home stand.

I could not believe nobody from the Reds made a trip to the mound for them in the 9th. I thought Jones's single was going to be a walkoff grand slam.

The Bucs trail the Cards by 1 game and they are the only teams in the NL Central over .500.

I have been posting on the Reds thread and they are very quite right now.

Lets break out the brooms and sweep 'em!

Another brutal series in Houston. The Bucs out hit the Astros today,but still lost by a bunch.The pitching staff is a shambles right now..Got to keep the ship a float as we sail back to California for the second time this month.Who made this schedule anyway
