It doesn't matter how "good" they are as long as they have a weak enough schedule to get you some wins.

NY will need to beat Ready or St. C and run the TVC table. Trimble will probably need to win out.

The soc has 4 really good teams in West,Minford,Burg,Valley. If my Siders can win out they will host a playoff game most likely.I think we might be able to get three teams in but we will just have to see.PROUD TO B E A WEST SIDER.

If I had to pick just one, I'd say Ironton.

Crooksville might have a better shot in that region then I thought. They will beat miller to go 2-0 non-league and they have a legit shot at beating all but Sheridan and TV in the MVL which outside of those two is really really down. Maysville will be tough for them to beat but I can see 7-3 for sure and possibly 8-2, playing against much bigger schools this should be enough to get them in.

7-3 definitely won't get them in, and 8-2 will be close. Depends on the other Reg 19 teams and how well they do.

Difference for Cville is those wins will come against D3 and D4 schools that will win games against each other. Don't get me wrong, cville isn't very good at all but the league is waaay down this year and they could potentially win that many games which will give them a shot at getting in. That said they could easily end up 4-6 so who knows.

Burg is 0-2. If they win out except for the West game (I dont see them beating West this year), they WILL NOT get in at 7-3. There simply wont be enough computer points.

I dont see them beating Minford and possibly not Valley this year, but who knows. It is way too early to tell.

SOC II can really only have 3 possible teams go into the playoffs. 2 in Region 19 and West in Region 15 if they make it. But with the total points needed in Region 19 this year to get in, I dont see how 3 teams that play each other, one already having 2 losses, will get in.

If Crooksville gets in and is matched up against one of the good teams in this Region in the first round (Oak Hill, Ridgewood, Minford, Fredericktown) it will be ugly. Probably similar to the first round game last year between Fredericktown and Caldwell. It will be over by the end of the first quarter.

It's easy to project Crooksville's points even after week 2 because the MVL only plays 2 ooc games and now most of them are into league play. Secondary points become a little easier to predict, so that leaves how many wins Crooksville will get. And at 7 wins their point level will be around the 12.0 level which will be far lower than the 8th place team will get. 8 wins gets them around 15 which gives them a chance but depends on some other teams.

Crooksville's ooc opponents won't give them many wins, and the MVL as a whole will only win about 5 ooc games (not counting Crooksville's). Crooksville should look into upgrading ooc; at least Miller.

They tried that a few years ago. They played Ridgewood from 2005-2007 and lost each time. I imagine that is why you see Berne Union and Miller on the OOC schedule now. No use playing good teams if you have no chance of winning.

I guarantee Wheelersburg will make it at 7 wins.

I don't know who is in the SOC II. I assume you're talking about Wheelersburg and Minford? They both could easily make it. You are underestimating the amount of points left. Both Wheelersburg and Minford can make it with only 7 wins. Not likely but not impossible at this point. So if Minford wins 8, but loses to Wheelersburg they both will make it.
