McCoy gets first TD pass in NFL. Honestly, a lot better day against the Steelers than I expected. He has shown positive signs, especially in a very bad environment.

Oh let's not crucify the kid like they did Quinn. I'm still in shock at how quickly Quinn was run out of town!

you are right, and now the NFL is making it hard for players to play the game without having to worry about penaltys and fines..ITS STUPID!!!

Dear gahs your wrong again. his quote was fines AND penaltys are stupid when it happpened to cini . Why would he be upset now wanting a penalty. IF WAS STUPID WHEN IT HAPPENED TO CINCI . Man up.

Colt looked good against a good defense even losing his top WR. As long as he stays healthy he can continue to learn. The Browns still need to play better pass defense to give whoever the QB is a better chance.

Kudos to the kid for getting busted in the chops and then getting back up ready to go again.

And ace, your comprehension skills are really lacking. My pal was saying if Ward gets fined and labeled then the same thing has to be consistently called in every game.

The Steelers pass rush was such that they got in the backfield one time before McCoy had the snap. I'd like to know how that is physically possible. They DID catch Hairboy jumping the gun but tht was so obvious even Ray Charles could have made the call.
Like the Steelers offensive line is anything to write home about? You can call Polamalu anything you want(hairboy), but the Browns have never had a safety that could even carry his jock strap. ;-)

I was very pleased with Colt's performance!!.......he seemed to have good pocket presence and felt the Steelers' rush without being nervous........his throws for the most part were accurate and he ran upfield smartly, sliding on a couple of occasions.

For a rookie to make his first start against the blitz-happy Steelers, Colt did well.......put some better players around him and he will do even better........and hopefully the Browns' braintrust will let him play the rest of the year........we're not going anywhere and they might as well get him the experience now rather than wait until next year.

LET'S FINALLY GIVE A YOUNG, TALENTED QUARTERBACK A FAIR CHANCE TO DEVELOP!! The Browns have their flaws, but using 16 QB's since 1999 is one of the main reasons that we are where we are right now.

I heard a number of the football talking heads on ESPN praising Colt's performance even in defeat.

GO BROWNS!!!

You obviously didn't major in English judging from that sentence that is not a sentence and knows nothing of captialization.

Get back with me when you find where I graduated from and when in what as if that means anything about anything. You seem to imply superior intellect is associated with a college degree, but nothing you have posted supports that line of thought.

I can only assume that in your world you are so insecure that you have to try to make others look insignificant and unintelligent to make yourself look better. It isn't working for you if that is the case.
And you built cabnets. Not much time for all those degrees . Im so glad that you know me better than me. You seem to like to make things up too. It tells alot. For one , its nice to be right 100% of the time. You know more than anyone on here about football. And about there own lives, must be nice. instead of being a know-it-all. try being human.

Mommy must be proud.
it is "their lives"..not "there" lives.
