My thoughts...I saw the post season game of Fort Frye vs Hiland, and they outplayed the Fort in every aspect of the game.
They are very fast, Good at getting open looks and making their shots. Every time the clock stopped they were subbing two or three girls, with fresh players on the floor at all times they had the Cadets (with only 7 varsity players) gassed. They beat the Cadets by about 30+.

Waterford will have to play mistake free ball to get by Hiland....In my opinion.

I think Hiland beat FF by 50 or 60 wasn't it? Waterford will have something for them though. This is a whole different D then they've seen before I have a feeling. I agree though, gotta be a flawless game. Go Cats!!!!

First nice season for Waterford. They were young and will be tough as nails in 2018. Congrats to Hiland those girls are awesome.

Great job by Waterford. 3rd straight year in the state title game with 1 state title and 2 runners up.

Add that to the previous 2 years where Eastern made 2 straight Final 4 appearances with a state title.

5 straight years the TVC has had a team in the Final 4 with 2 state titles and 2 runners up.

Congrats to the Waterford coaches, players and community for building and supporting a state powerhouse.
