MVL turned down Warren officially (but quietly) last year. Crooksville not leaving MVL. MVL is staying 9 teams. Finishing one football non-league deal in 2012 and beginning another one (mostly with ECOL teams in 2013 for 4 years). I clearly see the TVC taking Warren and Creating 3 divisions
Ohio- Gallipolis,Warren,Jackson,Athens etc,
Muskingum-River Valley,Alexander,Welston,Vinton County etc.
Hocking-Southern,Eastern,Miller, Trimble,South Gallia etc.

I think this is the plan!
