American Legion state Tourney

Ohio American Legion State Tournament play starts next Monday July 25 at Beaver Field in Lancaster.

Teams already in:

Dist. 1 Napoleon post 300
Dist. 2 Lima post 96
Dist. 3 Piqua post 184

That, too! Anybody got a schedule on what games are at what fields at what times that later the teams can be inserted into?

First eight games are all played on Monday.

3. 5 vs. 6 10:00 am # 3---Beverly/Lowell vs Harrison

6. 10 vs. W-2 3:00pm # 3...Utica vs W-G2
7. 11 vs. W-3 4:00pm # 1...Circleville vs W-G3
8. 12 vs. W-4 7:00pm # 1...Piqua vs W-G4

Field#1 Beavers Field
Field #2 Lancaster H. S.
Field# 3 Fisher Catholic H. S.

All three fields are on US 37 North of Lancaster no more than 2-3 miles

Hey Oshay can you see.

That is how the tournament is set up agian this year . All the losers will be playing on tuesday and if they win they play a second game on tuesday a couple hours later. There's only 3 games the whole tournament thats scheduled at 7:00 in the evening and one of those is the championship game. Mondays first round winners will have to play a second game that day at 3,3,4,and 7. So the format is the same as last year RICK.

As i will not attend the Banquet and drawing tonight, Getting teams games scheduled for tomorrow might be a problem.

I've been promissed a call, so they should be posted later this evening.

If anyone is at the drawing feel free to post, and I'll add to the above schedule.

Also, I'll be at the games, so please add scores as You get them.

Nice draw for Pickerington. Beverly Lowell's draw is just so-so. Should be some good games...
