very ugly game for boston...54 % from FT line, 40 % from the field and just badly outplayed...i expect boston to give a better effort wednesday and a chance to win. Still think this series goes 6 or 7 games

On a side note I hope the refs don't keep lighting up Boston with those silly and uncalled for technicals they called last night, the refs are lucky that wasn't a closer game or they would have been to blame, but Boston bailed them out with their horrendous play.

They are very good teams. for sure the best teams left in the playoffs, but to say anyone is a huge favorite over Lebron and Wade is just silly. Especially the way they are playing now. Don't ever underestimate King James!

I think the spurs would still be a huge favorite over miami, to say that wade and lebron could win the series just with those two is crazy. san antonio would have home court advantage, better starting five, deeper bench and the best coach in the NBA. Their destroying the thunder right now and they were a popular pick to face miami in the finals

I didn't at any point say James and Wade could win a series against anyone by themselves I said no one is a huge favorite against them. As for the Thunder, it's still a long series, don't count them out yet.

Can't see the Spurs being a big favorite over the Heat and if Bosh comes back the Heat probably will be the favorites. The Heat destroyed them in their regular season game, but Spurs are playing great right now and have a good inside-outside game, something the Celtics don't have.I know one thing if they do play San Antonio the Spurs better win those first 2 games at home because it will be tough to win in Miami.

I think the thing for me on both teams (Spurs and Heat) If they make it the Heat are a peaking at the right time and the Spurs are on the downside of their peak... But that being said I would put my money on the Spurs I think 3morethan2 hit the nail on the head.... Not to mention when the chips are down LBJ likes to meltdown

game 2 was an awesome game...the type of performance rondo had was phenomenal, boston should've won the game. o well back to game 3 for boston, fully expecting them to take 3 and 4

Things are bad when Rondo puts up a career high 44, the team shoots almost 50 percent from the field and 90 percent from the line, and they still can't beat the HEAT!What's it gonna take? One thing that helps is that home cooking Miami got going on down there,Whoever wins the west better win their games at home because it aint happening down in homerville, the heat is too good to be getting extra help, first game it didn't matter, this one maybe.I don't like either team, but Doc Rivers has to be seething inside.I think it will be awful tough for the Celtics to recover from this one and even get a win, they left it all out on the court.

couldn't agree with you more c-bolt, the layup that rondo was hit in the face should've been called when it was tied at 105, and wades and-1 in OT was an offensive foul when he kicked his leg out. They left a lot of energy out on the court, game 2 gave me more confidence they can tie this game back up but pierce can't be fouling out.

He was fouled before he used the leg for separation.. Doesn't matter now though, we will see what happens tonight.

It was really nice seeing the Heat getting their arses kicked for once, then they come back and look like they might catch them,at least Boston got that one win, didn't know if they had it in them, now if they can somehow win the next one it will get interesting again.

It was a pretty emotional game for me lol, bummed that they were getting there butts kicked then excited cuz they were coming back.. then more bummedness ( I know it's not a word) when they couldn't pull it off. Game 4 should be a good one!

What an exciting gut wrenching game! Celts made it hard for themselves blowing another big lead, but they hung on for dear life, still think Miami wins the series but at least the old geezers in green are making them work for it!

what a game too bad pierce and lebron fouled out, thought both were bad calls. Anything can happen at this point in the series one of these teams is gonna have to get a road win, i think boston takes game 5. confidence is high right now and allen is starting to get a little rhythm going shooting the ball. Plus miami has had no answer for rondo in the series

Actually Miami doesn't have to win on the road they just have to win all their home games,if Miami does lose the next game( which I doubt) I bet Bosh takes off the street clothes.Miami must be more worried than I thought, STO just reported he's back tomorrow although ESPN still reporting day to day.

yea i dont know why i said one of these teams have to win a road game lol....i can see them losing game 5, it's gonna be extremely hard for boston though, plus what rondo said at halftime i'm sure will add fuel to the fire, but if bosh isn't 100 % (im sure he isn't) won't that intensely affect him? I've never had that type of injury before so i wouldn't know. Plus rust and chemistry, wade and james are going to get loss shots

Yeah I liked what Rondo said that was good stuff! James added some more fuel on the fire by saying he never fouls out of games and those were not legit fouls.I also have never had an injury like Bosh has, but didn't the Browns Phil Taylor have a similar injury and they said he might be out the whole year?
