Whiteoak finished 3rd last year and has nearly everyone returning, including a strong senior class...

Maybe I don't have all the info.........but Whiteoak looks to be thin in the 400,800,1600,3200 and that could mean the same in the 4x4 and 4x8.

Whiteoak I believe has the Lomske twins (who lead the XC team to the regionals) back and those middle to long events they can fill in very well with the upper portions of the league. I imagine by then they will be around the 2:45-6:15-14:00...and can make up a 4x800 that should 11:20-11:40.
