I use to be a Laker fan but after the big one left I didn't care too much for them.

With Howard there I just might have to become a fan again.

AS a life long Lakers fan....this is wonderful news!!! Dont know how they kept Gasol and still ended up with Howard!!!! Starting lineup

Still no match for the Heat, although I hope I'm wrong, but I always thought Howard was kind of overrated,he shoots free throws about like Shaq, has no outside game and gets in foul trouble easy.Now with a new team maybe he can get a fresh new start.He is a good rebounder and defender.

As long as they sign him long term I like this deal.

The bench will be super strong this season and if the team adapts to the new offense I think they will make the finals.

Howard will have more scorers around him and they won't have to go to him as much and that might keep down some of the offensive fouls.

With Nash in the line up it might give Kobe a couple more years.
