Bobcats were very solid in their scrimmage again last night. The defense held Eastern Brown to around 100 total yards with the only Brown score coming the second play of the game on busted coverage.

Not to be a Debbie downer but Eastern Brown is a club team.

What's that Green team got, maybe 20 players? So who cares if they played a "club ball" team. They showed up, had equipment and were organized. What does it matter if the school pays their bills our not.

Green and Notre Dame are the two smallest programs in the area running programs and unfortunately for them they don't get to pull the stuff these other programs do by "stepping down to a smaller conference to rebuild" (North West).

If those teams get to do that I'd be ok with seeing SOC 1 schools get to freely step in and out of the SOC and schedule and Independent schedule for seasons that numbers are extremely low.
