Lol....seriously? My son plays on this team. He is not the "star" but he gets plenty of shots, they all do because they play fast. Wiechman, Clark, Harding, and Baker are the best scorers and take more shots than the others. I think every team wants their best players taking the shots. You really want to knock a coach that has come in and built a program from nothing? I was going to take my son to a neighboring school before he was hired. They hadn't won a league game in something ridiculous like five years. I might be wrong but I think in the past three years they've beaten everyone but Fort Frye at least once. The only team we could come within 30 points of with the last coach was St. Johns. They played 3 good quarters the other night then missed free throws and lay ups while Frontier hit every three they chucked up there and made a game of it. Against central they had practiced three times and they outplayed them in the second half. I think they will be just fine and have a good season and a better one next year with almost everyone back no matter what the experts on here think.

If Toland continues to have the injury problem, I'll take Caldwell as well.

Trail will have to find a way to make it a half court game.

Lol!!!!! Since when does Caldwell have a program????? That is the funniest thing I have ever heard. Fort Frye has a program. Caldwell not even close. When is the last time they won the PVC or a Sectional/District? That's about as funny as hearing Crane is a good coach. He inherited talent, he didn't just come in there and make these kids great he has an All- Ohio guard on his team which in team in the pvc would love to have. When the sophomore class leaves they will be back to being terrible and it wont matter who the coach is. Caldwell has a ton of talent but still live and die by Weichman which is way they will be irrelevant in the PVC once again and probably wont do much in sectional/district play. . Caldwell does not know what to do when he is off. That is how they nearly blew 2 huge 4th qt leads because they cant play without him and they need other kids to get hot and shoot more so when they play MC or Fort frye who will shut him down, guys like Clark and Harding and Baker need to step up.

You are a jealous Shenandoah troll an you clearly know nothing. Wiechman played every second of the belpre game an missed some of the lay ups that let belpre make a game of it. You obviously haven't seen caldwell play, everyone shoots. Caldwell has 3 nice tall freshmen. Their jv an junior high teams haven't lost yet. After that you have all of Crum, crock an loris kids in the youth classes. I'd say they'll be fine. Gonna start calling you mark may.

MC game canceled due to Shenandoah not having school. Barely enough snow on the ground in Woodsfield to make a snow ball. This ought to make for a long season.
