Justin Anderson is going to be a absolute beast for the Cadets. On Friday he scored 20 @ Shenandoah and today he scores 31 vs Keystone Oaks. In the 2nd qt he made 5 straight 3 pointers to put the game out of reach. So much for the guy that said he was to weak. Kids going to become the leagues premier player.

Frontier at MC tonight.

At this point I really have no clue what to expect between these two teams. I'll say a close one that goes either way at the end.

Is Caldwell getting healthy? Big game vs Steubenville on Monday night.

Two varsity games at Caldwell, Marietta-New Lex at 6:30, then Caldwell- Steubenville to follow around 8:15.

Assume winners-winners, and losers-losers play Tuesday?

This will be two good nights of basketball.

Caldwell/Steubenville was a really good game for three and a half quarters. Was a 6 point game in the fourth, Caldwell led for pretty much the whole first half. The Big Red were big and athletic as anyone I've seen in a long time. Steubenville scored the last 10 points of the game against the JV kids for Caldwell. Clark got back on the court some last night, he got cleared yesterday, didn't play a lot but played pretty well. Not having Baker last night against that size hurt. New Lexington game at 7:00 tonight.

Caldwell lost last night 60-54 to New Lexington. Caldwell shot 21-68 from the field that's 30 percent at home.

I think the order of the league that I posted might be right on.

I do believe I posted this way.

1.MC
2.FF
3. Frontier
4. Caldwell
5.Zeps
6.BT

Not sure there is any basis for having MC above FF at this point. FF lost to Warren and MC lost to River.

We'll know more about who should be #1 come Jan. 3rd, and surely by Feb. 6th.
Until then they must just look to their next game. ;-)

Fort Frye actually goes out of league and plays people. If the Cadets play like they did last sat no team is beating them at home including Warren. Seth has been cramming and avg close to 20. Justin Anderson is coming off a stretch where he scored 51 in 2 games. They are going to be a team that only gets better.

MC beat Frontier, so you would pick them over us. I'm surprised that you didn't pick Caldwell over Monroe too since you were so high on them early in the season.

Can't agree. As was pointed out, MC beat Frontier head to head. Frontier plays a style that lives and dies by the 3. They are capable of beating FF or MC but it didn't happen the other night as they went cold after starting hot.

Good tight man to man defense is usually the key to players "going cold".

Most good players can make 8 of 10 during pregame warmups with nobody in their face.
