Eh... Symmes Valley by a touchdown. Not sold on them after the Alexander loss.

I can't believe I'm going to say this...
I feel disgusting, and will need a shower after posting...
Panthers get their first win of the season at home, 14-7.

I'm going with Symmes. Not a big Symmes Valley fan but you have to give them their due. Have seen Chesapeake they are running an offense that depends on the blocking of the wide receivers and they have real trouble moving the ball because of poor blocking by the wideouts . The interior linemen have missed and blown blocking assignments and they don't seem very physical. They will have trouble generating offense all year long unless it has been corrected. I was told by someone that Symmes held the ball for most of one quarter against Alex, they have to be moving the ball somehow. Symmes will also be physically stronger.

I've watched both Panther games and saw them play couple of 7 on 7s this summer. The biggest problem with the Peake is coaching not the players as the coach states in the paper. During the 7 on 7s there was no coaching up players if they made mistakes. From talking to many Panther backers practice is touch football with very little hitting. I have multiple years of coaching experience at many levels and know you have to put your kids a position to win and run an offense and defense that plays to the kids strengths. This is not happening at Chesapeake right now. The coaching staff needs to make changes to both the defense and offense can't hurt with things looking as bad as they have so far. I want to give big praise to the Panther fan base as they have traveled to both Oak Hill and Gallipolis and hope there will be a big crowd for the first home game of the season.

You are wrong on multiple levels. These kids get coached up constantly. Your analysis of the practices are way off as well.

Great win by the Panther's tonight. Again poor coaching. Almost cost the kids a big win. Keep working hard kids maybe someday the coaching will catch up to the talent of the Peake's players.

Bear first off I am not clueless and have forgotten more football than you will ever know. Are you and footballMan on this staff or friends with members of the staff?
