And you're thinking those suspensions helped? LOL or maybe it was because Vinton Co. Is WAY down this year....

I just think that gallia has 10 wins coming into game which is good. Wins if jottings is correct are vs a 3-14 team on ave but still 10 wins then u bench 2 starters go into a gym with a good coach and team has 10 wins and win. It is the best win of the year IMO

Good win by the blue last night. Played with energy and rallied around the seniors not playing.

"Oz was a class act and ran a class program. They ran Oz out and now you have a program that is an embarrassment." Oz is gone, get over it.....Yes he was a class act but on his watch they had players smoking dope on a bus trip after the game.... Do I blame Oz???? NO... Coaches can't be held accountable for the actions of a few moronic players... If these players did what was reported in earlier posts they should be gone from the program, not just suspended for a few games... That would be the right thing to do, but Gallia sometimes doesn't do the right thing,,,,LOL....

Like I said earlier, Until we stop blaming others and start being accountable nothing will change!! This isn't even about who the coach plays or doesn't play. This is about character of parents, relatives, and players!! Where is the administration? Start standing up to these parents and players and the program will not become an embarrassment. It will become a place that people will enjoy watching basketball.

Heard a guy was tossed out of fresh game at vinton county, only to go buy vinton co merchandise and pay way back in and sit on vinton co side incognito. If so, very sad!!!! He may think that is funny but from me looking inside it is stupidity and GA parents should make a stand. How your program is perceived is a laughing stock! :122247

... I'm sorry, I WANTED to stay out of this situation totally because nothing good could/would come of it BUT to do what the one player did to the Logan player - AFTER the game, not in the heat of the game, the Logan player obviously in that situation is defenseless/unsuspecting of being "attacked" while "shaking hands with the opposing team" - suspended ONLY!!!??? ... so the young man will now be able to play again ...

... in my mind a black eye for the school - ONLY a suspension shows school/program WILL tolerate such behavior - the precedent has now been set ... ONLY a suspension shows lack of program discipline, team discipline, school discipline ... allowing the player to even suit up again as part of the TEAM ? ... I don't even want to keep going as I have typed/deleted/typed/deleted a number of times - not wanting to add fuel to the fire so to speak on 'either side of the argument" ... "type/deleted/type/deleted ..."

Another thought is that this player from GA is a senior and possibly 18? He could/should have been prosecuted for assault.
