As soon as I say that they finally score, still a long way to go,it would be a miracle if they got out of this mess they got their self in.

Well, fortunately I didn't predict a Bengals win so no need to break the BBQ out and grill up some crow although I wouldn't mind the heat!  Time to regroup and get ready for the Vikings, a game on paper we are supposed to win!

Frankly as soon as I heard another defensive starter was gone I knew it would be a bad night, you can only get by with playing backups for so long, the lack of a pass rush is sickening.

That was a good old fashion face plant right there. Steelers took us out behind the shed and opened a can. Time to put this behind us and start getting ready for the Vikings. I'm sure ole Bait will have the thread started in the morning!

Too many were saying nice things about the Bengals inthe media lately. That's a sure fire recipe that a comeuppance is due. Lets face it, the AFC North is the armpit of the AFC this year.

As I've said 1 other time, ''Well that was like walking across broken glass on my lips''. Awful , Dreadful performance Made me literally Ill to watch. I got a case of KC Masterpiece due here by the Pony Express. I'll be eatin crow all week, I been ridin my Steeler buddies hard. Needless to say my various message boxes is full. Our secondary was woeful, Our oline was woeful, Dalton hit recievers the whole first half right in the hands and they dropped em.

The shot too Kevin Huber that broke his jaw , should draw a huge fine. It was targeting plain and simple. Not whining about a loss. I'm a big boy. But that never even drew a flag. That was the crown of the helmet right to the chin, a very measured shot that not only took out our punter, but our holder. Whoever hit Huber, He wasn't even looking , they could have outstretched their arms and blew him up. Or at the very least a chest shot would have wilted him. And Harrison went out with concussion symptoms, I have not heard anything farther on that. All we had to do was win, That was painful on so, so many levels. We got zero, zilch, notta pressure on Big Ben. We have a lot of work to do to be contenders.
I love my Bengals , Always will but we have to win these games, that we are supposed to win.

Some things never change, even when we are having a bad year. Glad to see the boys playing good physical football, to much whining in the league about who hit who where. No one got fined when the ravens nose guard sliced directly into our backup centers knee, he was just a lineman.

If I was the Bungals, I would take that can back to where they got it, that one was empty.

I know a certain player that will need gauze instead of a towel.

The only players the League has a soft spot for are QB'S and receivers for these illegal hits,if you are a punter or somebody else you might as well forget it and the defenders know it.

Not that it matters now, but they said there were 3 infractions on the run back , The hit on bengals punter should have been flagged , and another helmet to helmet took place on same run back, Fines will made to those players. not that it matters

The guy on nbc4 Columbus said "oh no there won't be a fine that was a legal hit",I don't understand how interference wasn't called on Polumolu for tackling that receiver before the ball got there early in the game, even the announcers missed it! But like ace said it doesn't matter the Bengals in no way deserved to win that game

Figures he was a receiver, hopefully this will change things so all players get equal treatment not just a couple positions,I can understand not calling it for running backs the way they lower their upper torsos and ram all the time, but punters don't do that

The more time that passes since Steelers special teamer Terence Garvin's brutal hit on Bengals punter Kevin Huber Sunday night, the worse the news gets — for both of them, as well as for the NFL and its officials.

Garvin may face a fine for the hit, which cleared the way for Antonio Brown's 68-yard punt return early in Pittsburgh's rout of Cincinnati. ProFootballTalk.com reported Monday that Garvin is subject to being disciplined — and likely should have been flagged on the play — because kickers and punters are considered defenseless players.
