Frigid conditions expected. I think Burg finds a way to win against the "world beatersâ€. David vs Goliath match up and we all know how that ended!

Never said you had to like it. I've watched four different Wheelersburg games and this is based off of what I saw.Endzone_Warrior wrote:run n shoot 08 wrote:Pretty impressive. Hartley has beaten two teams that have already advanced to the final four.

Good thing you get to watch tonight then, because regular season means nothing when a regional title is on the line! RESPECT WILL BE EARNED!run n shoot 08 wrote:Never said you had to like it. You're right regular season means nothing now. The Hartley players would know, since they've made it to the regional final every year of their careers.

You say that with such arrogance
....funny thing is that should be expected of a school who brings in whoever they want every year!!
You obviously have a worry or you wouldn’t show your face in a South Eastern Ohio forum! :122248 Remember...Burg is here for a reason and it isn’t because of luck!

So will that be your excuse after the game? Hartley gets their players from anywhere they want, so they cheated...Endzone_Warrior wrote:You say that with such arrogance....funny thing is that should be expected of a school who brings in whoever they want every year!!

I have no worries about this game, I already have a ring. I just like getting on the forums and talking about Hartley football.
BTW I'm on my phone writing these, so I really don't care if I know how to quote on this website.

There will be no excuses!! But let me ask you, would you and your faithful cry like babies if you had to play in a division with nothing but schools just like you?!?!?!? I can answer that yes you would! Also, if your kids are such great athletes and scholars why don’t we see many playing on Saturdays and Sundays? Because you guys are content with being the small school bullies that’s why! I don’t want to argue over something that OHSAA will never change, but it’s just morally wrong! Oh well, I guess it will just make it that much sweeter if Burg pulls of the upset!!run n shoot 08 wrote:So will that be your excuse after the game? That's funny you say that because I was watching the Navy game last night and happened to see a former teammate of mine from Hartley who is a starter for Navy. Also keep in mind that Matuska from Hartley is a redshirt freshman at Notre Dame, and Woodley from last year is a redshirt freshman at Toledo. On this team this year Saxton is going to Duke and Morris is going to Kent State, both on scholarships.
No one is saying all of Hartleys players are great athletes. Most of the team is undersized and won't play college ball anywhere. But you do see almost everyone that graduates from Hartley getting a nice academic scholarship. That's more impressive to me than having a few kids playing on Saturdays. It's interesting that you are calling Hartley the small school bullies. Six years ago they were far from being a state power. The coaching staff at Hartley has done an excellent job putting them on the map. Keep in mind, in coach Burchfields third year at Hartley he already won a state championship.
It looks like your the one complaining and making excuses or else you wouldn't have brought anything up. I'm here to support my team, just as you are here to support your team.
