To bad this is not the final game of the year, It would be a tremendous TVC championship game!
Are you on crack?
Athens would win that game by at least 3 td's
Trimble 21 Athens 20.
Looks like old moonshine was right and not orange and brown. I think old orange and brown has a little tomcat envy.

Thought Jackson played solid, not only without Griffiths and Williams, but Rafferty sat out several series in the second I think ten minute quarter with stomach issue. Nothing like scoring on first play with a pass down NY sidelines.

Was impressed with NY JV QB, Edwards?? I think was name, kid could fly.

News flash things are not always about you. I made a general statement, one that statistically is true.

And outside of you they have.

This was a good scrimmage for NY regardless of the outcome. Always good to get a stiff challenge.

Jackson scored 1 TD during the 10 play series, and NY didn't score.

Jackson won the 2 quarters of down and distance 14-0.

21-0 overall during the varsity portion.

From what been seen and proved NY needs to vastly improve. In qb position.

I think that NY does need to improve vastly and make some major changes if they want to be the team to bring back that TVC back to Boston Field where it belongs... They didn't play to their full potential last night against Jackson... The offense needs to get their heads in the game... Its not all about one player its about the whole team... yes Adams may have made a few mistakes but it takes 11 boys to make a play happen... the defense didn't do to bad considering they did get lots of playing time.... I hope they get it together soon and make some magic happen or maybe the staff should look at making some key changes... the JV and freshmen didn't do bad at all.... good luck to all teams opening up the playing season this upcoming weekend.... I will always be a true Buckeye Fan!!!!! Love my Buckeyes!!!!

Someone is saying NY needs a Qb.....what happened to the boy that was the QB against Logan's freshman team two years ago. He had nice height and good arm , moved well. he should be a Jr now.

I'll put my nickles worth in. ....

NY looked ugly!
Tackling was aweful, blocking was bad at best, qb play was less than good.
Can we say FUNDEMENTALS?
Hats off to Jackson, they ran the ball well and there qb moved real well.

I have faith that the coaching staff will get it worked out.
There were some kids who played real well, but as a team they need a lot of work. Could be a long year in Buckeye Country and to be honest the kids could get it figured out and have a nice 7-3 season.

Either way I will be there cheering them on.
