Philly had a, 19-14 lead after one quarter.

In the 2nd quarter the defending champs, The Rattlers got seemed to kick it into another gear and they took 28-25 lead, with 1:16 left in the half.

The Soul and their QB, Dan Raudabaugh(Miami, Ohio) took the ball deep inside their own territory and went to work hoping to get the lead back.

Anthony(Tiger) Jones(Louisville Cardinals) would catch a pass with 46:6 seconds left to get things going. That would make catch number three on the night.

With 31:6 seconds left Alvin Robinson(Alabama State)one of the fastes players in the league would score on a 26 yard pass from Raudabaugh.

Martinez hit the point after to make it a 32-28 Philly lead.



Former Cincinnati Bearcat QB, Nick Davila wasted no time in getting the lead back for his team, it took thee plays, with the score coming on a bullet pass to Maurice Purify(Nebraska) good for 26 yards.

Garre Lindholm (Tarleton State)hit the point after to make the score,35-32 Arizona.

Arizona recovered a fumble with six seconds left and from there they let Davila go to work.
He hit Purify with three seconds left in the half.

Marcus Pittmen (Arizona)picked up a Derrick Ross fumble and returned it for a 44 yard TD making it a 59-39 game, after the point after kick.

Philly bounced back and scored on a one yard run to make 59-45 game. A bad snap caused the point after attempt to be missed. The holder tried to throw a pass from his knees, not pretty.

Philly would recover their onside kick with 6;17 left in the game and trailing by 14.
Maurice Purify made the recovery.

Tiger Jones catches his third TD pass of the game with a little over 4:00 left in the game and after the point after the score was,59-52 Arizona.

This one has been fun to watch.

Philly tried another onside kick but this time Arizona recovered it. Making the recovery was Calvin Fance.
From there it took just three plays for the defending champs to score again. The score came on a two yard pass to Purify.
