Zane Trace

Should be strong again this year but have fallen some. They should score in about all events. 100 meters might be their weakest event. Shot put and discus look to be the weakest in the field events. Should be at the the top or near in all relays.

Westfall

Another team that should be able to score in every event come time for the league meet. Should get solid points in the field event and relays. Might need help in the 100 meters, 400. Most point will come from the middle 8.

Unioto

Unioto will give most teams in southern Ohio a run for their money. Long Jump and High jump could hurt them when going up against other leagues top teams. 4x200, Pole vault are a little weak too. Long jump could be the only event they would get shutout in come time for the league meet.

Southeastern

This team looks to be a middle of the pack team this year. Should score in better than half the events. 100 hurdles, 100, 1600, Long jump, 300, 800, 200, 3200 are in need of help. Event they should score in will bring middle of the top eight finishers.

Piketon

This team will also score in about half the events but the points will come from the lower half [5th thur 8] Long jump might be the only field event they score in. 4x100 will be their best relay. Will be a bottom half team in 2016.

Paint Valley

Paint Valley should score in most of the league events but most will be in the lower half. Will have a difficult time in scoring in the following events....100M, 1600, Discus, 400, 800, Shot put. Pole Vault and high jump look to be their best events. With some help from the in coming freshmen they could make the top 5.


Huntington

Huntington will be in the same boat as Paint Valley. Should score in 10 events the 100M and 200 being their best events. Most of the teams points will come from the middle and lower 5 finishers. I can see them finishing in the top 5 come league time.


Adena

Only see Adena having two bad events Pole vault and the 3200. See them doing well in the 100h ,1600, Long Jump, 800 and the shot put. Rest of the events will bring in 5 or less points. Top five team but could finish well behind the top three.

The Finish

I see Unioto jumping out quick on the field but Westfall and Zane Trace will stay close.Zane Trace will make it close come the 10th event and even take the lead for around four events with Westfall beginning to fall out of it. Unioto's depth will take over in the last three events and will hold off Zane Trace. For Zane Trace they will need to finish 1st in the 4x400 and Unioto somehow finish out of it. From top to bottom the SVC will have each time do well at the league meet.
