Whose going to be the leaders for Athens this year? I am sure Clay Davis, but any others in the mix? Moore? Is that the Freshman QB from last year?
and Tritipo and Haseley. Both 3 year starting linebackers.93Bulldog wrote: Fri Apr 06, 2018 2:24 pm Athens has everyone back pretty much except Albin and Dickleman
So thus the question, who becomes the go to leaders at Athens?
Athens will be better than last years team. The OL and DL will be the leaders since it’s all back. Maxfield will pick up the slack for losing Tritipo. Clay Davis will throw over 2000 yards again. Hopefully Athens can improve it’s running attackAllthewayup11 wrote: Fri Apr 06, 2018 3:26 pmSo thus the question, who becomes the go to leaders at Athens?
Also, who becomes the leaders at NY? Williams and Wilburn? any others?
The sophomores to be are loaded with skill players. Have been really good since 7th grade. Some players out of that class will have an impact on next year's team.Raider6309 wrote: Fri Apr 06, 2018 7:58 pmAthens will be better than last years team. How are McCollaster and Wilburn sleepers?
That’s cool but trust me nobody is sleeping on them.Orange and Brown wrote: Sun Apr 08, 2018 8:54 amHe asked who becomes the leaders and I responded.
I agree that's why I didn't post that they were sleepers.EasternDspy wrote: Sun Apr 08, 2018 11:28 amThat’s cool but trust me nobody is sleeping on them.
Oh not at alI! Great players, I moved away form the topic in curiosity. My fault.EasternDspy wrote: Sun Apr 08, 2018 11:28 amThat’s cool but trust me nobody is sleeping on them.
Coffma isn't a sleeper, he was all league as a sophmoreShake”N”Bake wrote: Sun Apr 08, 2018 2:49 pm Trimble has pretty much everyone back with 2 key players returning from ACL surgery in Brooks and Coffman. So Ill go with them two as my sleepers sense no one saw them play last year. Both are seniors and have something to prove
But some other than us probably dont remember him playing thats why i say sleepertomcat fan wrote: Mon Apr 09, 2018 9:40 pmCoffma isn't a sleeper, he was all league as a sophmoreShake”N”Bake wrote: Sun Apr 08, 2018 2:49 pm Trimble has pretty much everyone back with 2 key players returning from ACL surgery in Brooks and Coffman. Thought Maxfield was a Safety, and two way player, seems like a big transition and a risk to go in MLB. Also, wasn't Hynes a DE, seems like he would be pretty strong LB? Any word on using the Castell kid on Defense? He's a beast on offense. I agree the D line will be pretty stout if they haven't lost much.
