Re: PVC
I believe it finally folded. There's going to be a new league starting this coming fall - the Mid-Ohio Valley League.
Monroe Central, River, Magnolia, Shadyside, Frontier and Bridgeport.
Fort Frye, Caldwell and Shenandoah were in PVC. Now only in OVAC.

Re: PVC
That should be easier on travel for sure. You'd think Tyler Consolidated or St. Marys would jump at the chance to be members, but those two WV schools notoriously shy away from crossing the river.
Nothing better than a great tan on a nude beach!

PVC folded operations. They only had 3 teams left.
Monroe and Frontier left for the new Mid Ohio Valley League.

Bridgeport

Fort Frye is in no man’s land. They are in OVAC but no OVAC teams will play them.

Re: PVC
Surprised Bridgeport joined, but it will be strong in the girls sports.
Bridgeport's football field is no more so Bulldogs will play home games at Martins Ferry on Saturdays.
Feel bad for Fort Frye. Wouldn't mind seeing Shadyside vs. Fort Frye on a regular basis.
