Still might be. He the one that started flag football around here. If you watch a game, players reaches for the runner instead of wrapping them up

They play flag football in 7-8-9-10th grades out there ?itsme wrote: Fri Oct 04, 2019 8:21 amStill might be. He the one that started flag football around here. If you watch a game, players reaches for the runner instead of wrapping them up
Sheesh no wonder they struggle at the varsity level
Re: Wk6: Nelsonville-York (3-2) @ Meigs (1-4)
So there are no successful programs in the nation that start kids out with flag football? I am sure it has nothing to do with the talent level available. Having a few good kids doesn't make it a good team.itsme wrote: Fri Oct 04, 2019 8:21 amStill might be. He the one that started flag football around here. The only thing you left out was the number of players who played while injured. Keegan for one wasn't 100% in those first two games. He is now and it's showing.NY BUCK wrote: Wed Oct 02, 2019 4:45 pm This is the last time I’m going to comment on this because like myself I’m sure everybody else is tired of hearing it. NY was only missing one person against Trimble and it would not have mattered. Against Fort Frye we was without 1 person and it would
not have mattered. We came out in those two games and got beat straight up in every aspect of the game. We tried to run a no huddle spread offense with signs and all this other stupid stuff and it just didn’t work. I know I might get some cramp form NY fans from this post but I think most of them agree with me. Has NY improved? Most definitely. Our offense has improved a ton over the weeks and defense has stepped up big. Do I think NY can win out and go 8-2? Absolutely but just as easily I think we can get beat by Wellston, VC and Athens. It’s going to be tough but I am excited to see how league play, plays out for everybody. The community is behind our boys and we are excited for the rest of the season. I just can’t stand the “if we was healthy talk”, we got beat by two great football teams, both final four teams last year and both 5-0 this year, we lost, all there is to it. I hope the boys can win out and get that week 11 game but got a lot of tough games ahead. With all that out of the way, bucks win Friday night and get ready for the big one at home against the rockets.
Go Bucks!!

Don't blame one kid for the loss. He's not getting the ball on the edge enough. Can't run it inside cause there isn't much blocking going on. They sure are missing coach TT this year that's for sure.dilligaf wrote: Fri Oct 04, 2019 10:21 pmpittifull is all you can say.lolNY Tomcat wrote: Fri Oct 04, 2019 10:32 amThe only thing you left out was the number of players who played while injured. Re: Wk6: Nelsonville-York (3-2) @ Meigs (1-4)
I remember attending all 9 straight wins to start the series for Meigs in both the SEOAL and TVC and all the Qb's many of whom were selected all-conference, all-district or all-state mentions. Rod Gilkey, Jeff Werry, Pat O'Brien in the SEOAL and Mike Chancey & Mike Bartrum in the TVC years and the last two followed another good one who played in the SEOAL right before they went into the TVC in 83, current Portsmouth Notre Dame coach Bob Ashley. I moved in 89 and haven't seen another Meigs-N-Y game since. In those first 9 games Meigs outscored the Buck 240-40.NY BUCK wrote: Mon Sep 30, 2019 10:40 am This will be the 40th meeting between the Buckeyes and the Marauders. NY leads the series 25-14
