I agree they beat South easily and probably lose to Walnut Ridge but It's at home. I don't think Gallipolis or Waverly want to play them in the first round.

Independence is not very good. M-F doesn't look near as good as they used to, imo. This was a very long game!

M-F doesn't have the 3 or 4 great skill athletes they've had for the last few years but they do have 2 this year and they still have big agile lineman as always. City league teams always have great athletes but a lot of times the problem is getting them on the same page to play together, especially in football. Just for grins and giggles some of the best known athletes from Marion Franklin some people might remember are Eddie Milner (Reds), Herb Williams (OSU/Knicks) and Ken Lanier & Alphonso Carreker who played for the Broncos & Packers.
