Athens AD would be better for him. The best league for them was the SEOAL and would be something like the SEOAL in the future.
But I don't think the State of Ohio gets involved in medical matters anymore since they would need to surgically re-install the sack of all the teams that cut and ran. Ask Paladin though he may have a different opinion lol.
Chillicothe, Logan, Jackson, Gallia, Athens, Vinton County, Warren. Different teams would be better at different things. Warren, Chillicothe and VC in roundball for example and Jackson, Logan for example, in football. But overall it would be a good league.
