Athens schedule is set up for 19 wins but Athens isn’t that good. Weak D2 schedule. Weak

Athens best road win is Vinton but I guess schedule does pick up some. Maybe only 5 losses at draw.

Yes but Marietta not typically good and Circleville? Cmon

Looking through the schedules I will say Athens schedule is better than Waverly’s. The hardly play any d 2’s. That should hurt them in seeding there league better teams than tvc so they get some good league games. tvc not strong at all this year. If big guy comes back for Alexander that’s 1 good team. Athens has chance to keep improving and being good for tournament but not there yet despite record.

Sounds like Ed is new to this. Seeding is based solely off of wins and politics. It’s pretty easy to predict seeding. I wish Athens didn’t play Jackson late. That’s a game Athens could win and jump a lot of teams

You mentioned that while at our Chillicothe game. Chilly is 6’7 and an athletic 6’5 so that doesn’t help your view and they are awesome as well. Anyways

We start:

Wallis 5’7 1/2....short absolutely but 22.2 ppg and maybe the quickest player in the district.

Griffin Brown 5’11 1/2 kid who plays about half the game depends on matchups

Boston Kuhn 5’11....about same as Brown, lil longer

Hammond a legit 6’3 and athletic

Donaldson a legit 6’2 and is playing vball in college...super quick hops and very athletic

Bragg a legit 6’2

Hutchinson 6’1 athlete

Erwin a strong 6’0 athlete

Spires a 6’0 strong kid

Almost to the inch the same size as last year

To be fair, Lancaster is god awful in basketball and wont even schedule the small schools around their own city, because they'd lose. Their name may say D1 beside it, but that's IT.
