Thought Marietta was getting better. Lost at home by 30 again

Gallia Academy is heating up just at the right time. A couple terribly offiacted games and a couple games they just havent showed up to play and everyone has those but i think They are looking good at just the right time. the just beat Fairland and i mean it was a good comeback. Fairland was 16-1 now 16-2. I think they could and should be over 500. They have portsmouth today, chesapeake next friday (tough opponent) point pleasant saturday and rock hill on valentines day. should finish out 3-1 hopefully out of those 4 games at the least 2-2 but hopefully they pull a win out of portsmouth or chesapeake. Logan blouir out with the flue.

Yes to most of this. I hope we can finish strong and sneak up into the 8/9 slot of seeding. We are playing much better and would have to beat a team like Vinton County but I think we’d have a good chance and then hopefully get another crack at Jackson. About beat them last year.

Jackson has locked up the 1 seed.... question is, is anyone going to try and angle out of the 4-5 seed and work more towards being in the 3-6 game instead?

Doubtful considering records and whatnot and the fact that Fairfield Union is very very good in their own right.

Then it starts to get tricky....

Waverly better wins I think. Full strength Athens vs Waverly is a good game. Waverly has pulled out their tight ones and Athens has lost some of their tight ones.

I will say some of the 5-8 seeded teams really want that #5 assuming they are getting Unioto. Defense travels and doesn’t have off nights. They may or may not be a better matchup than the 1-3 teams but they will be one tough out and your offense better have some others step up
