This is not WVU, so it doesn't matter how many games you have seen them play. Like I said, your opinion is dead if you at the very least don't watch the games.
Denard Robinson isn't Pat White and UM's current RBs aren't the Slaton/Devine types. That's the difference in the play calling I think.

I love Pat as a player and know he is a great kid away from football, but Denard is a better passer and can throw down the field (at least from the little bit I have seen).

I don't know that I'd worry too much about Robinson's number of carries - Pat had a lot of carries too and was generally durable. He wasn't any bigger than Denard.

I don't need to. I know more about Michigan Football then anyone on this site and respect those who have a ton of knowledge about their own team, but yet before I make comments on other teams I at least watch their games first.

Tell me next time someone starts a thread saying they wish you would come back.

This is what I mean, you are continuing an argument instead of taking the constructive criticism and applying it to the way you present your argument. I once presented my arguments like you and people told me the same thing (including one of the guys I respect the most on this site-dubs), so instead of continuing to look like I have the lexicon of 15 year old, I applied more thought and concrete evidence to back up the point I am trying to make. At the time I was upset with those guys who used to give me a hard time, but it really was for my own good. Right now you remind me of fsufly in his prime lol.

I have posted my opinion on one post in this thread.
How I would attempt to slow down Robinson. Other than that I was asking questions not posting opinions and you call me out.
Don't see any change there bud.

On topic, and somewhat related.

Peake, I was at the last two Buckeyes games, so I missed the UM games (I watch them if I'm in front of a TV).

I know that Robinson is running well, and his threat of running causes the defensive secondary to collapse and help
leaving the wide receivers with opening for Robinson to pull back and throw, but since I haven't had a chance to watch yet,
how many of those passing yards are "yards after catch" or "yards after first contact"?

I tried to find actual stat postings on this, but the NCAA isn't keeping that detailed of stats, at least not for public sharing.

I would think that if the majority of the yardage is coming from YAC or YAFC, that when the wolverines face a more disciplined defensive squad,
that they may find themselves in some trouble. Going back to the point of, it's better to take away his receiving options, than to focus on stacking the box and stopping his runs.

You were implying something that was false. Then pointed out you don't watch their games. Like I said, you need to change your attitude and the way you post. Done.

Dubs---forgiven lol....

Good question, I am a little tired right now, but I will get back to you on that. If we are talking last game, take away the screen that went for a td, most of them were not yac. He was hitting wr's on streak routes because they were being left one on one and just flat out-out ran the db and Denard put it on the money. Watch the clip I provided it's only 3 minutes long, you'll get to see for yourself.

I agree with what you are saying though. I would take away his options and make him beat me.

No Peake, I wasn't implying anything. You are twisting my posts around to suit your argument.
If I am posting an opinion WHY would I make a statement about not watching their games???

Before you question someones intelligence maybe you should know for certain what they are posting. You couldn't do that.

It had nothing to do with you but you feel the need to chime in. You make personal comment toward me.... therefore the comment about tuba..... tuba, french horn, trumpet, clarinet..... :122245

Nope, none of the above.

It did have something to do with me, I along with a lot of other people had to read that garbage.
I post on this board and this site because Matt and the staff do a great job keeping it family friendly,
unlike a lot of other options out there.

I am sorry you feel that way tornado, but if that is true, I have yet to see it on this board. If that is also true, then when I left people wouldn't have wanted me to provide information that no one else on this board provides. I will put my knowledge of Michigan Football up against anyone here, and I seriously doubt anyone will challenge that, and if they do then so be it. I have no problem with being wrong if someone does, but again, I seriously seriously doubt it.

Also, why would that peeve anyone off? If they can provide more information then me I would love love love to see it. I have contributed for scout and now for gbmwolverine because of the connections I have made at Michigan. My brother in law used to work for the University of Michigan. I really have a difficult time thinking anyone on here provides more information then me, but if they can then please do, there is no reason not to contribute to this board. I don't know if you are a Michigan fan or you just have your panties in a wad, but I am not talking just random facts, you want to talk inside info or recruiting then I incourage you or whoever is out there that knows so much but doesn't contribute to join our site. Thanks!
