Social Distancing may be keeping us from pushing 200,000 and not 100,000. Right now the Columbus area has more deaths and cases than anyone. After that it is the Cleveland area followed by Cincinnati. The heaver the area is populated the more cases. Less populated means the people are distancing better because they are spread out more. Come Monday we will probably be at 90,000 deaths and next weekend we will hit 100,000 deaths. Case average is still mounting fast but the deaths are under 2000 a day now. Now with the opening started last week we just might see deaths going up per day in a couple of weeks.

It took Roy out from sigfried and Roy. His age and prior strokes had nothing to do with it. It was the dreaded covid. Look it’s not going away. It has a 99.983% survival rate.noreply66 wrote: Sat May 16, 2020 10:50 am Social Distancing may be keeping us from pushing 200,000 and not 100,000. consolidation of schools and social distancing sort of work themselves together.

Made zero sense to shut down. People under 50 had almost a 0% chance of dying. The lock down was far worse than the virus. At least this experiment failed
Re: Consolidation is about to get real
Seemed like for the most part everyone is discussing consolidation except for your comment. Most classes and school are over packed as is. Not sure how it goes hand in hand when current status for schools would make for difficult social distancing. If you thought I was coming after you as you call it that's pretty funny. I mean you never even mentioned consolidation once, simply started talking about covid numbers.noreply66 wrote: Mon May 18, 2020 6:24 amDid you ask anyone else this or are you just after me?greygoose wrote: Mon May 18, 2020 1:14 amWhere does any of this apply to consolidation??noreply66 wrote: Sat May 16, 2020 10:50 am Social Distancing may be keeping us from pushing 200,000 and not 100,000. Re: Consolidation is about to get real
You might want to go back and check to see if anyone before me posted and was nothing about consolidation.
Consolidation is bring students closer together plus increase the numbers in closed areas. This is not social distancing.
Also I didn't know there was a rule that we had to have the words of a topic in our post. Posting Covid 19 numbers was a little extra info I was putting out. That can/could be results of consolidation. Look on first page about what petesweaty and Raiderball had to say and they are on the first page.

We need a democratic president next go around that won’t shut the country down.
Re: Consolidation is about to get real
Lol. You can’t be serious. We’d be still under strict quarantine with a democrat. Trump is getting blamed for not shutting it down sooner.REDMAN wrote: Mon May 18, 2020 9:53 pm We need a democratic president next go around that won’t shut the country down.

Try what West Virginia has tried and succeeded doing for years. Consolidate so you have just one school per county. LOL

Thats easy Scioto East. Probably 3/4 of the population of Scioto county is on the eastern side of the Scioto river.wobycat wrote: Wed Jun 03, 2020 10:40 pmYep. Ohio woul have to split their counties. I know guys who have gotten banned because they "hijacked" threads and then talked about other things. Seems to me you are calling the kettle black.noreply66 wrote: Mon May 18, 2020 9:47 pm You might want to go back and check to see if anyone before me posted and was nothing about consolidation.

Too bad they never had a Belmont East and Belmont West.
Could've had Barnesville, Union Local and St. Clairsville in Belmont West.
Combine Martins Ferry, Bellaire, Bridgeport and Shadyside into Belmont East.
