Nice to hear from you locos. I am not advocating for anything just wandering about certain things.... Will school bd members, High school teachers, coaches from future schools allowed to scout, concession stand workers, allowed to attend.. How do you handle the visiting team tickets, are tickets sold on a pre sale basis? Sounds like it could turn into a cluster at some schools... What about grades 9-12, will they play games and go by these guidelines?

Each student athlete, band member, and cheerleader will get a code. That code allows them to purchase 4 tickets. Whatever doesn't get bought would then go to the public to purchase (if by chance we had extra).

Coal Grove is going to do a lottery drawling for seating. The participant and one parent will be present for the drawling. They are giving time slots starting with the seniors first, and ending with the freshman. Each participant is allowed 4 tickets for their families. Those tickets will be their assigned seats at the stadium for the season. I believe any leftover tickets will be available to the public.

At Northwest we are aloud 300 people. That's for players
Cheerleaders and band members.
We have 57 on our roster, have the largest band in the county. And I think like 20 cheerleaders. So each kid is probably only going to get 2 tickets. That's for home games. Away games we get 100 tickets.

I read the 1500 number wrong. I’m glad a poster mentioned it. I think Portsmouth hold 5500 or so. So roughly 800 allowed but with players, cheerleaders and band getting tickets I don’t think fans will be inside or very few.

Guaranteed. You think OHSAA is going to allow no fans when they make money from the playoffs I think allowing every team is a way to make up lost money.

Have some notes from the calls with the Governor last night.

Final order will be out by noon today.

- Working with local health departments and will have compliance people checking in on schools.

- Every participant (player/cheer/band) will be permitted to have family - up to 4 tickets per participant - but also will be dependent on size of venue.

- Indoor sports will have smaller crowds.

- Game day roster is limited to 60 kids.

- Media and college scouts can attend.

- Bands will not travel to away games.

This is foolishness. Why would media and scouts be permitted to attend but only 4 family members? Personally, I don't think anyone should be permitted to attend, but if you're letting people in why wouldn't you confine it to those in the communities? Unless of course media and scouts are immune.

The whole fan thing is stupid as hell.
You can go to Walmart or Kroger, but can't sit outside to watch a football game.

I am glad for the kids that they get to play, but come on. It is all about Control.
