2020 Chesapeake 49 - 38 Portsmouth

Really a toss up game. Trojans have no defense and Chesapeake is not that good. I did cal preps for fun and it says Portsmouth 27 Chesapeake 26 so it really a toss up game. Trojans offensive line needs major work. Poor roe can not get anytime to set and throw. But peake held south point scoreless and Portsmouth gave up points and it would of been more but penalties killed the pointers. Really a hard game to pick but I’ll root for the Trojans to grind one out.

Not sure Chesapeake wins big, but I think they win. Don’t think Portsmouth wins another game this season unfortunately. Trojans just simply lost too much from last season. Something like 14 seniors leaving them very thin when it comes to experience, playmakers and depth. I’d love to be wrong though.

Portsmouth lost way too much from last year So their experience level is down a bit. I think the have good skills players but their Oline is just not , looking for the right word because they are not bad...not ready? Too bad it’s a short season. I think Portsmouth will start showing great improvement around game 5, but that just leaves 1 game and the playoffs. Good luck Trojans! But this week goes to Chesapeake by high teens low twenties.
