Ohio's offense looked confused and frustrated. Trying to implement an offense that almost no one else runs and most kids never saw before with only a few practices may have been a mistake. At least that's the opinion of other Ohio fans I've talked with.

The guards just weren’t fast enough to pull. I think it’s a huge timing offense and hard to learn in just a few practices.

Two defensive scores for WV and no offense for OH because of the scheme used. Frustrating to watch. Think it would have been a much different game if they just lined up and ran a standard run heavy offense. OH had enough fire power in the backfield and strength up front to win the game.

They struggled even on basic power plays like dives and counters. That has nothing to do with scheme. #5 for WV dominated Ohio line.

counters don't have anything to do with the scheme? Those guards couldn't get to the darn holes when they were pulling. I just watched the replay and didn't see #5 make a tackle..big body and caused some havoc but I wouldn't say that was dominating.

That’s what I’m saying the guards are way to slow to pull. Also when they tried plays up the middle they didn’t play much better.
