The notion that omitting context is absurd. This is normal for nationally rated recruits.

How many prep athletes day to day lives in documenteries and such?
How bout the IMG kids? ( for example)

The premise is being distorted because the narrative is self perceived by the affected fanbase as unflattering. So an attempt to control the narrative is administered and then supplimented here with a distorted premise of privacy.
National recruits and their respective programs provide context every single day. Nobody is asking the kid for his ss # or for his pronouns. They are asking for relative context.
These.questions are normal and fair.
The only party being strange about it is the affected partie(s).
