Luke Fickell gets extension/raise

The UC board of governors approved a two year extension on Luke Fickell's contract through 2028. He also gets a raise to $5 million per year.

Staff salary pool $$$ increased to $5.2 million as well.

Well deserved raise for Fickell and good foresight in increasing the available dollars for staff. My saying Fick is still under paid makes no sense, but when you compare it to Sparty's Mel Tucker who is paid $9M, UC is getting a steal.
