I hope your right vegas! I can't stand the Heat it was so great to see Dallas take them down last year, but I don't see anybody like that right now,its so hard to score on them they block everything that comes into the paint and it seems like they never miss a shot, they remind me of all those great Lakers and Bulls teams

Yeah Im right there with ya buddy.... My buddy works in a casino out here and talked about how big of a jerk D Wade and LBJ was at the blackjack tables during Chris Pauls Bday party and after what he said I kinda lost all respect for D.Wade....C-Bolt wrote:I hope your right vegas! Why don't that surprise me with James
but with Wade I would figure he had more class than that, maybe he succumb to peer pressure LOL,,,James will probably teach Wade how to be a lousy tipper if he already hasn't

Tebow was recruited by the top schools, won two national championship, heisman trophy and drafted in the first round. Lin was barely recruited, undrafted, and was almost cut by the Knicks and at end of the bench. Plus Lin is a lot better at what he does then Tebow at his position.TribeManiac10 wrote:Hes Tim Tebow with the stats to back up his play. Hard to argue against him being the most valuable player the Knicks have based on how much they are paying him. Definitely a steal on an $800,000 contract.
If you want to compare Lin to anyone that would be Fernado Valenzuela. Both came from no where to a big city with big rewards for the team. Both are minorities that spark high interest from their respective minority community. As well as becoming a national story from basically their first start. Even though Lin did not start right away. He is like Tebow in that the news media is so fixated on him and ignoring what else is going on in the NBA. Where some people are just tired about hearing about him.
As a player his turnover rate is high. If Baron Davis can come back and play 10 to 15 mins a game at a high level that will help give him a rest. As well as being able to learn as the rest of the NBA learns and adapts their play to defend him.
