James stinks up the court in Boston Blowout

Post by LICKING COUNTY FAN »

King James or King Clank as I call him was only 2-18 in game one . Tonight he was 6-24 and the Cavs again got whacked by a very good Boston team in game two of the playoffs.

Thats dumb. James isn't as clutch as Kobe is. And, as long as Lebron is in Cleveland, they will NEVER win a championship.

After seeing the Celtics near implosion to Atlanta, I am still taking the Cavs in 6.

I wouldn't go mutch on that series. I mean, after the Celtics went up 2 games to none against the Hawks they got a little over confident. But, who could blame them because they were playing a team that didn't even finish with a winning record. But, the Cavs are in some SERIOUS trouble right now and I see them getting swept out by a more focused Boston team.

Those who think James is as good as Kobe are not thinking with their brain.

James is great in the regualr season but in the playoff/bigtime games he has not been able to get it done the way Kobe has.

Bottom line his jumper is still questionable. Kobe's is money. MD

I hope you weren't referring to mean Newarkcatholic and Falcon Fan. I didn't say LeBron was better, I just said I would rather have LeBron than Kobe. I didn't talk about, or even ask for, points on LeBron's shooting abilities or how clutch he is. I don't need people calling me dumb for having a preference, not even an opinion. Calling someone dumb for that is dumb.

I also didn't say anything about championships or how his team affects his chances.

To Newark- anyone that says Kobe is completely better than LeBron isn't thinking with their brain. There are some things LeBron does better than Kobe and there are things Kobe does better than LeBron. Kobe has more over LeBron, but James is still good. Don't make it seem like LeBron isn't close either, he hasn't even been in the league half as long as Kobe and has already been setting marks so try to have this discussion when LeBron has been in the league for 12 years.

Another suitable nickname for LeBron would be LB no J, though ;-)

I wasn't saying dumb I was saying they were not thinking with their brian, meaning they are thinking with their heart.

Something heard often when placing bets.(Betting with their heart not their brain)

I am not about to call anyone dumb as far as book smart goes becasue I am lacking big time in that area. I made my bed a long time ago and live with it today.

how do you figure after the Pistons series last year? 48 points and the game winning shot in game 5...ring a bell? he led the cavs to the finals with essentially nobody to help him last year. the only way kobe can win is if he has all this help. he won championships with shaq and the rest of that loaded lakers team, then they fell off for a while and now they're back in the chance once they got kobe some more help. i'll admit, kobe is probably the best player in the league talent wise but he cant carry a team the way Lebron and Chris Paul have.

Yea, but for alot of those years he had SHAQ on the same team! Lebron has no great talent around him.

Excuses are like elbows we all have them and the bottom line is James has nothing at all while playing for a team he said should never draft him because they had fired their coach.

my point exactly. and once shaq left the lakers struggled to even make the playoffs. now that they have gasol, bynum came out of nowhere and odom is playing well again they're back in contention.

Anyone who says that James is not clutch in the playoffs is either clueless when it comes to basketball or has a bias against him that has nothing to do with basketball. Obviously he is shooting the ball poorly, but even with that he is the best player on the court. Last year he took a team that was average at best, put them on his back, and carried them to the finals. This year he has led them to a series win over Washington and a 2-2 tie with a superior Boston team. Both teams entire defensive strategy is to double and triple him and make the rest of the Cavs beat them. Because of that, and LJ's poor shooting, his scoring is down but he still gets his teammates the ball in a position for them to score. He is the best passer in the game. The coach of Memphis said he is a better passer than Magic ever was. Next to Oscar Robertson he is the most all-around player I have ever seen. Get some talent around him and he will have multiple rings.
