EPN,
Not offended, just thought I was being accused of something I wasn't doing.
I agree the Piketon pic should be taken down as it has nothing to do with it. I would encourage Oldtiger to delete it. I will look at the links I shared to see how they open and will correct that if need be.
I don't think there have been any negative comments about the players and if that were to happen I would delete every one of my posts on this thread as I don't want associated with that. I agree, it's time to move on and thank everyone for a great tournament.
Pike County Holiday Classic
Re: Pike County Holiday Classic
Wasn't looking to make anyone or any team look bad or dirty. I saw the picture from the Piketon game and thought it looked similar to the picture i saw from the Waverly game. I saw the Ref standing right there and no call was made. I totally enjoyed the excitement and game play of all 4 games. I know kids who play on all 4 teams and the coaches of 2 of the teams. Im not trying to hurt or put down anyone, just thought the picture applied to the conversation. I have deleted it.
Re: Pike County Holiday Classic
Haven't seen anyone refer to the Eastern player, or his actual playing, as dirty. I was stating that, based on two pictures I had seen of him jumping center in two games, he did the same thing- holding his opponent- on both occasions. Certainly, doing it to start OT is going to potentially have a greater impact on the games outcome than at the beginning of the game. Some fouls get called, some don't. It's part of the game. Didn't see it live, but it certainly looks like a foul to me.

Did you ever realize how much time and energy we spend on here arguing and calling people liars, etc., over something that doesn't amount to a bucket of warm spit?
