It's so good to know that TTT, RRR, and my old buddy Kantucky are eating oats for breakfast. Those of us that know you well, knows your full of $#@% and really need the fiber. :lol: ;-) :lol:

Ray, there comes a time in everyones life when more fiber is required in the bodies diet. I believe one might find the types of food to eat to recieve the amount of fiber needed. That goes for TTT, and the "Old Goat" also. :razz: ;-) :razz: ;-) :razz: ;-) :razz: ;-)
