No one in SE Ohio is going to play Logan in football on a continual basis except maybe Jackson if Logan finds another league. Is this the last year of the Logan-Athens series?LHS 72 wrote:If Logan get's into a league with 8 members the open three weeks of the schedule could be, Athens, Nelsonville-York and Jackson! would be a good money maker and points bonanza for all schools!

Totally agree! They need to have a rivalry series within the 1st 3 weeks of the regular season that is similar to the Air Force-Army-Navy rivalry series in college football.Abe Froman wrote:No one in SE Ohio is going to play Logan in football on a continual basis except maybe Jackson if Logan finds another league. Not sure why Athens-Logan-Jackson aren't playing almost every year. As the three largest area schools each within 45-60 minutes of each other it is silly these teams don't play from a competition and revenue standpoint.
One of those schools mentioned above will never agree on this, albeit the concept is not a bad idea.GoBucks1047 wrote: Totally agree! They need to have a rivalry series within the 1st 3 weeks of the regular season that is similar to the Air Force-Army-Navy rivalry series in college football.
