FYI for anyone confused by the schedule; history has always been a full scrimmage at the end of the second week of 2 a days on Friday and another one at the end of the third week on Friday (Jamboree now) with a scrimmage thrown in before the end of the second week at a practice. It was Logan Elm but last two years has been Bloom.

Logan has kids who can make plays; but that being said; they have a ton of inexperience at skilled spots. QB was hit or miss. Looked good at times but missed open receivers at times. Threw a nice ball for a td in the down and distance portion. Both sides of the ball have to replace key players who were long time players for the Chiefs. I thought the OL looked very good at times, but the D had holes vs the run. Coaches will find out more Friday vs roundtown.
Thanks for the info LogangradKD.

Sounds like the defense is still struggling to stop the run.

It's way early, but I hope they get that tightened up this year. We need a few physical defensive pointers from Amyx. :D

KD your spot on. Also the WR aren't do the QB's any favors. The drops that are right on the numbers.... Those will be killers in a close game...

I believe it! I would imagine this will be a pretty short scrimmage if they even have it.

Hot steam engine out there today fellas. Temp 94 now, 73 dew point and 95% relative humidity. Don't think moving the time up for the scrimmage would help much with that much soup in the air. Dangerous for any outdoor activity. Going to be interesting to see if they will call it off.

Thinking the same thing. Monday looks better, heavy storms they are forecasting for Sat. Got a flash flood watch out from 2pm Sat into Sun.

This is when you need a 50 yard air conditioned field house to practice in. If that would have been up by now they could of had the scrimmage in there today. Only 50 to 60 yards of field but would be nice on a day like today. Smaller area but they could make it work in there.

Will Concessions be open to get bottled water KD? Stay fully hydrated. I would go but I would drop over like a dead man. :(

Logan looks like an inexperienced team.Circleville scored 3 times I believe with the varsity in 10 play series action.I think Logan scored with their reserves but not sure if it was them or varsity.Logan offensive line got dominated from what I could see against a smaller Circleville team.Defense was alright but still give up some big plays.
