Re: Setting new goals Weight lifting
you scared me I thought it was not a good one
I figured the money I'd spend at a gym and finding the right time to go I'd just do this here and that way if I need to do some housewife things I can work around them

Re: Setting new goals Weight lifting
65 minutes on the bike yesterday level 4
14.46 miles a new best for me(distance)
Somehow I pulled or strained a muscle in my calf during this time. I think it might have been becasue I raised the seat one level. I have not been able to do any cardio the last two days.

Re: Setting new goals Weight lifting
Last week I did 225 for 52 reps but in doing so I did something to my bicep in my right arm and the pain won't let up.

Re: Setting new goals Weight lifting
Thats awesome the 52 reps. I just bought a snorkel and started doing snorkel training while riding the bike. Hope your arm isnt to bad hurt. I had a slight tear in my bicep once. I had to lay off all back and bi workouts for over 2 months then when i came back I had to use real light weight for another month before I could even get close to what I was doing.
