waverly cant buy a victory right now even when they set themselves up for one someone hits a shot @ the buzzer

Waverly was hot from the field from what I remember (I take pictures so it was hard to keep up sometimes.) I was impressed with their athletes. Did they go away from the offense in the second half. They just looked a little different from my camera. Walls was not underneath as much.

Great to see Bubba and Freddie - and on the radio!! wow what a duo.

Oak hill looked sluggish at times though, forcing quite a few shots.

Waverly will suprise some teams in March.
They should do well if they go the complete game.


Off the subject,
where is the Trevor going to college? Bet he has some decisions to make.
Good luck to him and his Parents. (I knew Brenda when I played for Waverly - quite a few years older than her though..lol)
But she will have fun no matter where he goes, kids playing at the college level is even harder on mom and dad..........believe me.

A game like this even a loss, gives a team confidence. I don't know if a team would want to see this Waverly club, peaking at tourney time, staring at them at the draw.
