Looks like SG just played alot tougher of a schedule
I agree with Brutus (thanks to Ball Hound).
I think H2Oford was 15-5. With losses to North Adams, Eastern and Federal Hocking (2), and Vinton County. Not sure about SG.

GW, I think he is correct. You forgot V.C.

Tough loss but the team really showed a lot of class by not folding after an 0-11 start. If possible SG needs to build on the strong finish to the 08 season and build towards next year. I am not sure what SG's JV record was but I know that the 8th grade Rebels had a great season and won the post season tourny title. I think the only team to beat them during the regular season was Chesapeake and both were great games.
GO REBELS GO!!!!

next year will be tough as this one was but the following year they will start loading up again.
this year the big tournaround seemed to be philosophy. the went away from thier typical full court man to man harrassment with a lot of jump traps and pushing the ball to score 100 points a game to 2nd half of year falling back to zone and playing a patient offense making other team worjk to get ball close to basket. both styles work but you need to adapt to talent. did a great job 2nd half of adapting good job coaches

Was a good game to watch. I have to praise the Rebels for how they came together and improved as the season went along. This may have been Coach Saunders and his staff's best coaching job. They changed as the year went along untill they found what worked for the kids best. The players hung in there after a rough 0-11 start to be playing very good basketball the last part of the season, my hat is off to you. You became a team as the year went on and I am very proud of you!
By the way Marshall Fan-did you have anyone ride up on the fenders of your John Deere, but I am surprised that it was not a Massey-Ferguson .
You know we are just poor rednecks!
Good Luck to Waterford at the Convo.

I would be embarrassed also after making a ridiculous prediction like he did then have it blow up in my face. Nice one dumb*ss!!!!!
Waterford played a horrible game and still won. I don't know what you South Gallia fans are so proud about because you still lost. Go back to your trailer parks!!!

You may want to look at Waterford's schedule before you say something like that. Waterford played a tough schedule this year. Especially away from the TVC Hocking.
