The 4X8, 4X4, 400, and 1600 could also be broken, but you never know what each girl HAS to run to get the most points. Gallia girls could very well go sub-4 min in the 4X4 and I would bet maybe Chilly could too. I think the winning 4X8 time will be sub 9:40.

Sometimes I think teams put to much into relays.
You only get one place. Ist place only gets two more points than second.You could settle for second and only get behind by two and in another race where you can get another runner in you could get more points to over come those two points if you can see the other team will not get any.
