Ohio State D4 Champ Sure Thing Again This Year?

Seems like the last few years there was one D4 team that it was generally accepted the state title was theirs' to lose. Everyone felt like there was no chance for anyone to beat them and it often has played out just like that.

How about this year? is there a team that everyone feels it's a slam dunk for them or is it open this year?

I don't know if I would call them a hands down favorite but Coldwater would certainly be my favorite in D4 this year. Having seen Coldwater a few times in the finals, they are one of the more exciting teams to watch. I really like their style.

Coldwater should be a favorite about every year. They come off the ball like no other team in D4. They tackle very well. They run the ball exceptionally, but have a good passing game that keeps people off balance. They have community support that is probably unmatched for a school their size. Very impressive. All I heard last year was they had no chance. What a joke. They should be a heavy favorite again this year. Coldwater that is.

call me crazy, but if the tigers survive the punishing seoal schedule. in good health, this could be a year they go deep into the playoffs. they are starting to implement more passing into their attack. making them harder to load up on. GO TIGERS GO.

I was also thinking that Ironton could be a darkhorse in the playoffs this year. With all of the talent that they have coming back, I see them being VERY dangerous and going deep into the playoffs.

We cant compete anymore. Not enuff talent in our shelves. I hope that any team in southern ohio can get a miracle and rejuvinate this area. Maybe the big steel mill will attract alot of families to this area and give us a shot in the arm. If it happens, I think it will!!
