You arbitrarily select what is current and what is ancient history. Because CHS is not having problems NOW (according to you) they are in a superior position to schools going through it now to some extent. Next time Im in Chillicothe I will make it a point to talk to my former neighbor, John Payne, about how things are there.
I distinctly remember the winter before CHS was forced to cancel all spring sports. I was at Logan talking to Ron Janey and he was saying he had to scramble to fill games and meets because Logan played Chillicothe in just about everything in the spring. Ive also talked with your softball coach, and she told me that when spring sports were cancelled, the exodus leaving CHS hurt them even after the levies passed and spring sports resumed.
As for my property in Chillicothe, thanks so much for your sincere concern, but these are NOT times to be selling anything. BTW....when my property taxes almost doubled, I did not pass that on to my tenant, unlike Im sure many other property owners did. BTW, even if I did decide to sell, I wouldn't "THANK" about it before doing it. I would use my brain and "THINK."
As for any upcoming cuts your school board may be forced to make...you may want to hold your opinion. I believe these times are going to affect EVERYONE adversely before all is said and done, and it is going to take a lot of fiscal prudence and wisdom to make it.
Like you know the financial situation of Chillicothe City Schools for the 2008-2009 school year? Heck don't talk to John talk to the Super to get the scoop.
Well again, you seem to be living in the past before Chilli passed the levy. I know someone that might be interested in buying your property
As stated, to Gallia Academy, I wish them the best. To bad you could not follow in Jottings footsteps. He is a great guy.
I know you have resentment towards our CAVS. We have defeated your team 2 times in football and most likely will again this year too.
We have defeated your team 4 times in B-Ball and won 1 SEOAL Title and 1 State Title since entering the SEOAL in B-Ball. After all the previous smack you have talked on here about our CAVS.
I think it's a bit jealousy directed at the CAVS and their accomplishments in such a short period in the SEOAL. And a bit of cyberfan-cybercoach syndrom.
Again, I hope the best for Gallia Academy!
Hey, let us know if you hear any changes being directed against Chillicothe City Schools concerning the pay-back to the State from old John. O.K.
