Bricker will be back. Southern has problems off the field that are in no way shape or form associated with the football team. That's all I'll say. West is fine and anyone hoping to find anything different is going to be dissapointed.

Think of it this way, our coaching staff knew what a team we had. They knew at best he would be a complementary player on this team. Do you actually think they would sacrifice their success by not doing things correct? That would be crazy.

West will win this game but they do not need to overlook Rock Hill if you remember last year Rock Hill was supposed to beat West and West went to the "HILL" and won but I see West rolling to a victory this week.

West runs the table they will be very very worthy CHAMPS of the SOC --I have no problem with that at all. I've said in about every post that they are very good, and the difference between a good year (8-2, 9-1) and a GREAT year won't be determined for another month . It's just aggravating to read all the hype you guys are throwing out there. I'm not a west hater. just don't like the trash being fed on this site to all the other SOC schools. ( constant talk about being undefeated, going into the burg game undefeated , as if valley and minford don't exist , "come watch the show" etc etc ) thats mine and most others gripe . NOT a hater

I have to agree their are some "excited" posters on here when it comes to West. Have to add, there are a FEW from EVERY school. Keep up the hard work West, beat Rock Hill!

WOW, lat time I remember a west team this exited was back when Sammons was coach and took them to the big game, lots of west posters showed up everywhere over on jjhuddle, then after that year theyw as all gone.

whatw as it the one guy over there called them? the one year wonders or something, said they always have one good year out of 10 or 15.

The head coach is different, the kids are different, the staff is a mix of different and same, the preseason is different, the conditioning/lifting is different, the attitude of the players is different, the year is different, so you could come to the conclusion WEST FOOTBALL is DIFFERENT. LUCK TO WEST THE REST OF THE SEASON.

HA, I got news for you, the fewWest fans you complain about don't hold a candle to several obnoxious posters from Ironton!!!!!!!!! Then there are a few from just about every where else too!!! Every year you have to read it from some fan sooner or later. Most of us are just rooting our team on and having interesting discussions. Good Luck to West and GO SOUTH POINT!
