bd, i don't know the answer to that question. i've not been asked that one yet. my guess would be yes. if they are over 18. they can fight for their country. since this is amatuer football. it does not affect any college eligibility. a struggling college player, lets say that needs further work in the off season, could play. and improve upon his game. and not affect his eligibility. since he's not being paid. now if he were called up to the arena league or another pro status. he'd have to make a decision, do i want to be payed to play ball. or finish with college. again, this is a tentative answer, until i get my rulebooks from the USFA. thank you all for your inquiries, i'm glad these are genuine. this will be great for this community. 3 of our players will be traveling to pasadena , here in january. to have tryouts at the rose bowl. for 3 very respected AFL1. SQUADS. THE PHILADELPHIA SOUL, THE NEW ORLEANS VOODOO. You'd also be giving some of them a good chance to learn some skills they might be able to use in college or give some a goal to keep playing and try and walk on at a college. Pancake someone your own age in H.S. is one thing but drop someone 3-5 years out of H.S. and you get a huge confidence boost. I'm thinking it would be great also for kids who don't play any other sport other than football.

hey , absolutely had a blast with you all this weekend. from tryouts yesterday to practice saturday. to the wonderful practice today we had at the vinson middle school. we had announced practice schedule of next week on saturday and sunday next week. but we are going on just sunday, we have the all star game , next saturday in sommersville, wva. and the coaching staff is traveling there as a team. we will be passing out pads, after the sunday practice, so we can get ready to pound the national champions the west va. lightning. saturday the 29th. in the charity game to raise christmas presents for the cricket kids. admission, is a cash donation, or unopened , unwrapped christmas gifts for needy children. if you need any further info. contact me at 740-532 -0097, or email me at coachozzie@hotmail.com. players are required to bring unopened gifts as well. or contact coach ryan barnhouse at 304-421-8591.
