GAHS4ever, Im not trying to argue with you just stating my opinion. I just want to say and I have ask before. What has Quinn done in college or Pro that makes everyone think he is so good? Nothing!!Thats why 21 other teams didnt pick him. If the Browns didnt trade up for him he would have went in the second round. One way or the other Cleveland has to get rid of one of them. The team is divided and the two QB thing is killing them. I must say that just because I dont like QUINN does not mean I like DA because hes not that good either, but he is better the BQ.

I'll stand up for GAHS4ever! We've got to stop this quarterback carousel sometime. Give Quinn a chance to develop and start building a defense that can stop the run. We need a young tough at running back, too. You can get these in the mid-rounds, something Savage is good at. But look at Crennel on the sidelines; no emotion or anything. He doesn't have a clue how to rally these guys and instill confidence. He's a nice guy and a players coach and he should do what he is good at-assistant coach. We are one year removed from 10-6. A lot of teams suffer a relapse after one good year and it is up to the coaches to hold it together. Get the right coach and we will be respectable next year. But I hope fans don't show up in Berea in August anymore shouting Super Bowl!
Re: Brady Quinn ????????
I dont blame quinn, you cant go by what he has done in a couple of starts,,,,alos dont think you can go by what he has done in college...look at the guy playing for the Ptriots,? I think?...hasnt played QB since high school, and came in to do a greta job while Brady is out.
how ever...I do blame Romeo.......he has no fire, and I feel just dont care anymore...I was never a cower fan, when he was at Pittsburgh,,,but the, I was never a Pittsburgh fan......right now I would welcome ANY change in the head coaching position.
I wil remain a Browns fan,if Ive been through it this long, I wil stick it out.
wehats that saying us browns fan has been saying for years....??
next year, is our year

Quinn out for the rest of the year . sore finger. quinn will be starting qb next year. (rumer mill says there trying to get DAs numbers up, Would get better trade with some teams needing qbs now.)

Re: Brady Quinn ????????
I'll always have a soft spot for Marty but my main concern is we are living in the past. I mean, Bernie was great when he was good but who can deny Belichick was right in hindsight when he cut him? Bellicose Bill certainly went on to bigger and better things. I froze my arse off in the Dawg Pound in the 80's but time moves on. On the surface I'd love to see Cowher on the sidelines but we missed that train by about 17 years didn't we? And another thing, Geez, bury Modell already. All right, it happened and I certainly don't miss him but if we keep blaming him for everything bad that's happened to the Browns since 1999, that, my friends, is a crutch and I don't need no stinkin' crutch. You have what you have. Let's build on that. Romeo isn't the answer. Steve Spagnola! He could give the team a kick in the butt that it needs.

As for myself and other bengal fans . I would not vote for art as dog catcher. What he did was far worse than any good he ever did. Not that he did anything good. Football became less important when he took away the browns. He hurt more people than what you think. Just go look at your money art, thats the only friend you have.

I have no way of knowing but I feel there is no love lost between Bernie and Randy Lerner. Lerner needs someone to lean on and counsel with who knows football and loves the Browns. Not Jim Brown!
