much easier than i thought...I told my friend i go with that I'd never make it past 15lbs she has lost in 31 weeks 67lbs...

me also!!!!!! that's what we said yesterday we are a bunch of losers! our group this week lost 50 lbs all together... so far since april 1 we have lost a total of 305 lbs!!!!! we put our names in to win prizes for each 100lbs the group has lost she upped it to 125 this time around in two weeks we've lost 71lbs...

Started this whole thing at 273 and I have some peaks and valleys on the ride as I knew I would.

Today was a good day when I hit the scales and they said 236, a total of 37 down with 36 to go to hit my first goal.

Down to 233 giving me 40 down with 33 more to go to hit the first major goal.

No change this week.
I would be upset but early in the week I had gained four pounds so getting back to even was a good thing.

Today was an unofficial weigh in for me, meaning I used the digital scales at the gym and not the electronic unit that does a lot more than weigh a person.

I had to weigh myself twice to believe what I read after doing so and getting the same 228 reading both times I can say I have unofficially dropped 45 pounds.

gahs: Sometimes weight loss isn't the best side effects...when I got my new knee and had problems with the pain meds, anemia, etc, I dropped15 lbs. too fast. It took all my strength just to try to walk from one room to another. I wish you the best and hope all your problems get better and you are on your way to recovery (without eating yourself into oblivion)!

Tomorrow is the unofficial weigh in.
Friday is the important day and with my brother and I adding a 5 am cardio workout(3 days a week) before we leave for work I am hoping to see 223 or lower.

life gets in the way and I haven't had a chance to post much here... and neglected to update my weight loss I am now happy to report 44.6lbs is gone.....tomorrow will be week 23 weigh in....
